chilly greetings

Hi!

Today's a really cold day, it's been windy and it's at least a few degrees below zero. This morning it was snowing and I finally decided on doing the thing that I've been thinking of doing for some time. I decided to start this blog!

I've had many unsuccessful ones before, and I didn't stick to any of them, because writing and posting photos became a chore instead of something I enjoyed. More or less recently I started following a YouTuber that really inspired me to kind of, just, do whatever the hell I feel like doing. So I'm here, and I have at least some inspiration and some experiences to talk about. 

I don't know if there's much to know about me that you should or would need to know before reading more of my posts. I guess I could start with telling you about the things I enjoy in life. I'm very much interested in all kinds of sciences (microbiology, genetics and epigenetics and quantum mechanics are some of my favourite fields), music, make up and visual art. I also love television, film, drag artists and books, though I rarely find the time to read. But really, almost anything that moves will find a way to get me interested. I also consider myself a strong feminist and a believer in animal rights and environmental issues.

Here I'm planning on writing about the little things that I experience in my life. Things like how I get over bad days, my favourite ways to waste time, maybe teach a little something here and there, if I feel qualified enough to share my knowledge. If you're reading this and want to hear my thoughts on really any topic, feel free to leave a comment and ask! I'd be more than happy to hear your suggestions.

I hope this little blog experiment gathers at least a few readers and I hope my thoughts interest you!
